Jonathan focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and governance advisory. He has guided dozens of middle-market transactions from letter of intent through closing and post-closing integration, with a particular emphasis on the technology and manufacturing sectors.

Sandra leads the firm's real estate practice and has closed over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions throughout her career. She represents developers, investors, and institutional lenders in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects.

Rachel is a seasoned litigator who handles complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage matters, and construction defect claims. Known for her thorough case analysis and composed courtroom presence, she has secured favorable outcomes in both bench and jury trials across state and federal courts.

Marcus represents clients in commercial real estate transactions and real property disputes, including zoning appeals, boundary and easement disputes, and landlord-tenant litigation.
